There are two ways to refill the cartomizers.

There's the easy was, just put drops of liquid in the battery end.
Or you can can pry the top of and refill that way.

If you take the top off you can see the empty/white fill and refill till you can see when it's filled up.

What's the best way to refill?
Does it really make a difference?

I rather fill from the battery end, because it's easier, but is it better to take the time to take the top off and refill that way?

Thanks.

I am not an expert, but I have tried both methods. I received my 808 kit 2 weeks ago and the best method is refilling from the top and use the spinning (centrifugal) method to push the liquid to the bottom (battery end).

Many say you can put 30 drops. I have only been able to put 10-15 drops though even with this method.

Well, I have had a difficult time refilling from the top, even with the help of all the good folk round here. I get some vapor, lots of flavor, but it just doesn't seem to ever get "there."

But, if I drip ten drops through the battery end (slowly, and mop up afterward:rolleyes:) I am good to go for quite a while. Tons of vapor and flavor, just like a fresh new cartomizer.

So I am not sure there is a better way--just do whatever works for you.

Do you use a syringe or just the dropper bottle?
I've been going through the mouthpiece into the wick because it seems like such a tiny hole to get liquid into without getting messy, but I'm curious about battery end refills.

I do both.

I fill them through the top (cap off, rubber ring out, spinning) and put about 20 drops in there. I used to add more but I wound up wasting juice because half the time I was overfilling and had to blow it out.

Then throughout the day I add about 3-4 drops in the battery end just to keep them moist.

Every few days I go ahead and open it up to check that it's not dry in there.

Works for me.
