refilling cartos?

my husband is getting a KR808D-1 this week and I know nothing about cartomisers.
Can anyone tell me how to refill them? and Do they last longer or about the same length of time as an atty?

this should be all you need. I am pretty sure you can get an adapter and use KR carts on your Chuck as well. Carts rock. Hope this helps.

you can get a kr808-d1 adapter for a chuck, they call it a "slotted 901" adapter.
