refilling clearomizer with a different flavor?

How long does a clearomizor suppose to typical last? I used a whole 6 ml bottle on one clearomizor and it still seems fine. The people at pinkspot say it last typical 2 weeks but not much bottles of 6 ml's that can be put into. Im trying to save money by not buying clearos everytime i get a 6 ml bottle.

I dont know what clearo i have but its for the ego twist so my question is how many 6 ml bottles can be used on a clearo? it still seems fine after the first one but for how much more?

I use the CE4's so I can clean them out, I get 3 weeks to a month on each wick with proper care.

I've never used a ce4, I'm a ce2 guy, but if you can take them apart you can rinse and dry burn them and they will last up to a few months. I've got a couple of ce2's in rotation right now that have over 3 months of use on them. I'd say the average life expectancy would be between a month or two.

What you have there is a CE4 styled clearomizer. (if the wick is visible, it is a CE4, if the wick is inside the post, it is a CE5) Ask pinkspot if it is possible to replace the "head" if it is possible to replace the head, then you can just buy new heads instead of a whole new clearomizer. If in fact it is NOT a replaceable head system, ask your vendor if they offer a system like that. if they dont, and you'd rather have a replaceable head system, then I definitely recommend a Kanger clearomizer with replaceable heads. Or a vivi nova mini... OR, even a smoktech redux, or something similar. You can't go wrong.

A clearomizer will last a long long time. Up to a month or more. Just keep filling her' up until she stops working the way you'd like. When she does die, like I said, you might like to look into a replaceable head system, like the vivi nova mini, or the kanger, or redux, or something similar.

Just wanted to make sure we understand what you have. You've got some great advice already. Only thing I want to add is that for me the only way I can keep them going for months is to dry burn them when performance starts to decline. There is a video on how to do that here.

Personally I use a small pair of long nose pliers to get the silicone cap with the metal spike out and also to replace it. If yours has replaceable heads you will be able to unscrew the plastic tube from the bottom metal ring. Do not use much force. If it will come off, it will come off easy. If it comes off, you will find the wick and coil exposed and you can then do the dry burn without the plastic tube installed. When dry burning, you want the coil to become red, not bright orange as that is hot enough to melt the coil wire and the clearo is then garbage. The trick is to pulse the current on and off so that the crud on the coil gets burned off, but the coil does not melt.
