I've had success so far refilling Bloog MF Cartos with Backwoods Brew, Freedomsmoke USA and Dekang juices. I'd heard good things about Boba's Bounty from alien Visions, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I filled a previously used Carto with Bobas and let it sit for 10 minutes.

The results just weren't that great. Boba's is certainly an interesting juice flavor, but it's 100% VG, and as such it is very thick. I was able to get a bit of vapor out of the Carto, and I didn't have any burning issues, but there is nowhere near the vapor production I am getting with thinner juices that are a blend of PG and VG.

I was curious so I did an autopsy on the Carto, and there was no evidence of burning. The 100% VG is just too thick to work it's way from the outer polyfill into the second polyfill and finally the wick. The hits were very airy, as the juice just wasn't making it's way to the inside of the Carto.

I've included a pic, so you can see that everything looked good when I took it apart.

Note: All BwB juices are 70% PG and 30% VG, and they work great. I picked the same 70/30 blend in FSUSA flavors and have had no issues. The Dekang are, of course, 100% PG, so wicking is not an issue there.

I thought I'd share my experiences with everyone here. Perhaps someone else has had luck with 100% VG, but I have not.

It won't work unless it's thinned with something, either distilled water or vodka or PGA. 100% VG is just too thick to wick in these cartos, as you discovered.

I've had good luck with five different flavors from BWB (70/30, as you noted). The Maple Tobacco is nearly black, so I thought it might gum up the carto or not wick at all, but it's fine. I don't use FSUSA to compare, but 70/30 seems to be fine from many vendors.

I vape bobas all day everyday, I use to put about 15 drops in a 510 carto (it took about 15 min to seep in enough to put it all in) and leave it sitting straight up so it would seep in. I would pick it up in the morning no problem. then I bought new cartos, the seemed a lot thicker. No such luck with these, so I just started using a needle to inject it right into the middle from both sides, but even then it got sticky. Finally I bought a eGo Tank kit and no more problems lol, sorry I hope some of this helped

cool avatar picture Atari :) I think the folks here were mainly concerned about what would work in a Bloog MaxxFusion cartomizer. Those other won't fit.

I don't really have the right stuff to do the spin. Plus with a dog and a cat running around my apartment with me, I'm libel to hit one in the face. Hopefully the cat.

heyyyyyyyyyyy! poor kitty :(
You don't need fancy 'equipment'. If you don't have one of those battery pouches, just use an old sock or something with a rubber band around it. Spin like 4 times and it's done.
