I have a joye eGo with 510 low resistance cartomizers. I'm noticing that as I refill my cartos, even if they're fairly new, I can put quite a bit of fluid in them and they just don't last very long. I put 19 drops into one of the, let it sit for about 30 minutes, but I'm lucky if I get 10 minutes of vaping out of it. My refill method is to just drip from the top.

Is this normal? I'm going through quite a bit of fluid these days, and I recall it not being this bad. I know that my cartos are getting older, but I don't think that any of the ones that I'm refilling currently are more than a month old. Thoughts?

I have noticed that I will go through juice faster with the low resistance cartos (but I do get alot more vapor and TH). On my first fill using the Boge 510 LR cartos I use a syringe to fill, then for topping off just drip from the top. Once the carto has been completely filled they seem to last awhile longer. But I think it is natural with the LR cartos to use more juice, or it seems to be.

But you should be getting more than 10 minutes, and also 19 drops probably isn't filling the carto completely.

srsly, 19 drops doesn't fill? How many should they take? Also, is a syringe a much better filling method or is dripping good enough?

Regular sized cartos can take as many as 25 drops for the initial fill and 10-15 to refill. LR cartos, like LR atties, must be kept wet to avoid getting a burnt taste and ruining the carto.

I just use the drip method to fill mine and keep them wet. I've had the best luck ever with IkenVape LR cartos. The single and dual coils are also fantastic! I haven't encountered one carto that gave me a burnt taste.
