Most metal workshops would be able to do it.
If you want it brushed, it's pretty simple and a 5min job. All you need is a drill and fine sandpaper.

Here's a self brushed Gus tele.

So do I use scotch brite to rub it or do i attach it to a drill???

I use a drill and sandpaper to get an even brushing.
Spin the drill and just place the sandpaper lightly without excessive force, moving up and down. Stopping every now and then to check the finish. It's simpler for me.
You can always give scotch bright a go.

Do you want it mirror-polished or somewhat matted?

For the latter, steel-wool works wonders....

To shine it up, apply some 'Autosol' and polish off with a fine cloth.
Don't do this too often though. 'Autosol' is rather abrasive...

BTW, if you're using sandpaper, make sure to use water with it.

Look for the #XXXX on the sandpaper. The higher, the finer it is.

To give you an rough idea: #5000 is watch/jewellery polishing grade.

I thinking of making the vamo ss to malt using sandpaper manually, possible? Difficult part prob the screen and button to avoid

Ss attracts scratches and fingerprints

the difficult part is using sand paper its very unforgiving one rub in the wrong direction and youll have to sand it forever to get rid of the scratch marks, stick with scotch brite or steal wool and just stick some masking tape over the screen and buttons.
