You will be sent a refund for the parts I can resell. You can not get a custom etched GLV, keep it for a month and then ask for a full refund just because you don't like it . You didn't like the voltage so I rebuilt it for you and you had it for a long time after that. Sorry your unhappy but these things cost me money to make and to have etched ..etc. BTW I had nothing to do with you going back to smoking . I filled your order with a nice looking fully working V5 GLV , with custom etching just like you ordered.

I kept the GLV for a month because you did not sent me the attys that you promised. I had to order attys from another source.
I did not ask you to rebuild the voltage. I like V5 vaping. The Prodigy is great. I asked you to communicate with me before you sent it back so I could buy a V6 cap to go with my package so I could try V6 vaping. I could not try the GLV when you sent it the first time because it did not work. No power and the tube was so tight that it riped the batteries.
When you sent the GLV back, you stated in your e-mail that if I was not happy that you would send me a FULL refund.
I have saved all of your e-mails and have proof of everything that I have stated in this posting. You have sent me $80.00 of my $130.00.
Please send the $50.00 that you owe me
The source of our problems is that you do not communicate when needed and that is not my fault. I did not even know that you rebuilt the voltage. That is probably why every time I tried to use the GLV that I coughed and choked myself up.

Dear Great Lakes Vapor,

I have received my GLV and it is totally nonfunctional. The batteries fit so
tightly that it has torn the plastic on the side of the battery. I am
getting no contact to the atty,

I don't feel that the GLV is a functional PV and would like to send your GLV
back for a full refund.
If you fix the nonfunctional problem, you still have the problem of the
inside of the case being too tight for the batteries. The batteries are
being torn apart just getting them in the unit. I need a problem free PV. I
am an Investigator and use my PV on the go. It needs to be able to move as
fast as I do.

I know how to work with electronics as I design my own covert video cameras,
listening devices and recording devices.

Please handle this matter in an efficient manner as the money that I have
spent with you is my whole budget for buying a new PV.

Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

Hey Jay,

I just received my GLV in the mail, batteries are charging.
As I went through my package, I noticed that I did not receive my second set
of batteries and there were no attys.

If you have those two items ready to ship, let me know. I think I want to
have a 6V cap so I can use my 3V batts also.

Thanks in advance,

Charles Steelman

I moved this here because it don't belong in the GLV2 thread . OK Im going to give you a refund VS going into a big long argument , but I did not know it had been etched when I sent that email and there was nothing wrong with the GLV when I got it back in my hands. You have been sent a FULL refund ,and if you make further post on this sub forum about this issue and I will report you to the MODs.

SteelVapor has a post from almost a year ago where he said he had ordered a Prodigy but was wondering if he should have, since he had already found standard voltage very satisfactory. No follow-up after that but it does show that he even already had good reason to suspect that HV wouldn't suit him. (Or maybe the voltage change went in the other direction, I don't know; but it doesn't make any diff as far as the apparent logic and fairness of finding Jay at fault for something here.)

The problems were worked out with the Prodigy and I used it for a long time. It broke so I bought the GLV because it offered 5v vaping which I love.
I am simply a consumer that needs a product that works problem free. Now I see that the Prodigy is the one.

P.S. Why are you moving my posts? I have not been inappropriate in any way. I am using the forum the way it should be used. To buy products, learn and let the public here what is going on with a current customer.
