So, a 14 day guarantee sounds great but then IT happens. Your PCC stops charging batts, and your USB charger freaks out when touched. It's only been a little over 40 days since you got them, but there it is. Relationships never last. Now you're desparately overusing your AC adapter and going through nic withdrawal due to the inability to vape with an already discharged batt or stuck to your computer (which means no TV - your computer isn't THAT fancy) with your USB passthru. Cross your fingers that neither of these devices bite the dust any time soon.

The relationship tone was supposed to be ironic - sorry about the confusion. I was lamenting my current predicament with my V4L merch like you do with girlfriends talking about their not-so-great-right-now boyfriends. Just wanted to share my sadness/pain with other V4L peeps. I thought perhaps that the guarantee was 30 days but when I went to the website I found out it was 14 days and was sad - needed to whine to SOMEBODY :)-. It IS V4L merch that was ordered Oct 8th.

BTW: I really like V4L but right now I'm a little frustrated/sad about this situation. I haven't emailed Steve or anything - I don't want to ask for special treatment. Their guarantee is 14 days, therefore it's not applicable to my situation.

Hmm, check the warranty thread stickied on this forum. And let Steve or Mark know about your situation, you can send them a PM - I know they will take care of you. ;)

Okay, so I just read the stickied thread - didn't know it had changed/updated the warranty on the website - thought it was an old post - stickies usually are OLD posts. Oops!

I will positively call them tomorrow! Thanks for the update!

Open communication is the key to your relationship woes!

;) Being passive aggressive is hard on any relationship. It is obvious that you should talk about what is going on and communicate your needs, concerns and expectations in a constructive way.

See if your (umm... partner? :D) is willing to compromise and perhaps the two of you can work out a solution?
