Mostly everything went smoothly, with the exception of our e-mail server hitting its limit. We have corrected this issue and e-mails are now flowing to us. If you sent an email and did not get a reply, please resend it. Many people also did not notice the flashing red writing during the checkout that indicated the delay.

We apologize for any inconvenience this relocation may have caused. We will be doing some post-relocation specials as a thank you for your patience.

We work very hard at providing top notch customer service, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that our e-mail situation has caused.
