Is it a DIY liquid? What PG/Vg ratio are you using? A higher VG% will lessen the TH. If the flavoring contains alcohol you can leave the cap off the flavoring and let some of the alcohol evaporate.

Reduce the nic content, do not use alcohol (PGA) in your mixes, reduce the PG content, VG lessens the TH.
Its a DIY I believe from another member by PIF. Its 10% VG. 24m nic..
I'm beginning to realize the harness of PG. Throat is raw, wheezing and coughing. Don't think I am allergic to it.
If I leave the cap off the liquid and there is alcohol in it this should let it evaporate and lessen the TH I assume

It takes a while for your body to adjust to vaping. Not long after I started vaping frequently, I experienced the Sore Throat From Hell. Eliquid tends to absorb water from the tissues. There was some wheezing and coughing too, as my lungs began getting rid of the accumulated tars from smoking.
Drink water frequently while vaping. It refreshes your taste buds and rinses the eliquid coating from your throat.
Try inhaling less of each drag; instead, vape as if you were smoking a cigar or pipe. Blowing the vapor out through your nose will give more satisfaction with its aroma. You'll still be absorbing nicotine through the lining of the mouth and sinuses.

I said to leave the cap off of the flavoring not the final mix. I know of someone that does not like TH at all and places her flavoring in a glass bowl and nukes it for a few seconds to remove alcohol. It works and has no effect on the nic.
I could have sworn I read that the OP's juice is a DIY from someone else, so they do not have flavorings, etc. Then the OP asked about leaving the cap off their donated juice as a reply to your post. So while you we typing of flavorings, the OP took it to mean juice.
I was trying to correct the confusion.

He did state to leave it off the flavoring. However since its already mixed if this mix has alcohol in it leaving the final product uncovered would let it evaporate also. I didn't know about the oxidation of nic, so I put the caps back on.I ordered the 1gal jug VG sample from PG, so I will just dilute it to be around 18-20mg of nic and hopefully my throat will love me again.
