Remove the top cup, how ?

I just unscrewed the bottom cap of mine and took a look inside. It appears to me that the only way to do it would be to disassemble the whole thing - and that would definitely void your warranty. I would suggest just sticking with the ProVape recommended cleaning method: a Q-tip for the top, and a brief blast of canned air for the inside.

i'm using my provari from 4 months and i'm so happy of this that i'm going to shop another provari.
The only problem that i've is the weight.
So at MY RISK i want try to put the internal circuit of my provari in one my lathe creation, for example this:

in this i can reduce the global weight about of 60-70 gr.

So can u help us ?

It's press fitted. The russians at ecigtalk.ru just hit it gently with a hammer and a very long screwdriver from the inside.
As monsterkenny said, being careful saves your PCB. Another approach would be to insert a sharp knife between the body of the Provari and the top cup, but you risk damaging the edge.
I hope I won't need to do this ever, unless the button fails on me.
