I would like to share with you all how I decided on a reo. I am curious to hear other people's reasoning behind their decision as well. First and foremost I was looking for a device that was made in the USA and easily obtained which pretty much left the reo or provari on the table. Next important thing was durability which both units have. Next was ability to easily obtain parts and self repair. Slight edge to reo for simplicity and lack of electronics. The thing that most affected my decision though came from reading these forums. It was very apparent how highly robs customer service is regarded by his customers and that is priceless in this day and age.
