So I've been reading the posts here in regards to running the 901 on the Reo (I have the Reo Mini 2.1), and what are the chances of me shorting out my mod? I got 5 901's and a Stealth Adapter from Empiremods and I want to try them out, but reading the post worries me that I will short out my brand new Mini. So any information on this will be greatly appreciated.

Also, should I say screw the 901's and just use the 306 and the 510?

EDIT: I do have the Drip Sheilds for the 901's.

I used the 901 almost exclusively before seeing the light and going rba. You should be fine, just screw the adapter onto the atty first. Then you know they are mated correctly, screw that combo onto your REO, juice it up and go. You can snug up the adapter to the atty pretty tight, but be sure you don't apply too much force when placing it on the mod. You may want to screw it on so it is just barely snug, give a test fire and turn screw the atty further till you hear it firing.

I've tested the fit and with the Mini 2.1 it has the bigger well than the original Mini. So everything fits, and I know what you mean about the length of the 901. I'm not a fan of it, and when i get back to the states I'm thinking about possibly taking a Dremel to it and shortening it.

They vape nice but with the hole in the side they tend to be leaky. I'm not sure how the drip shield will fit in the well. With adapter and drip tip they are too tall for me. If I were using nonRBA attys it would be 306’s they are much shorter and vape warmer at same resistance.

Thanks for the reply, Hildicat. Whats the 901 vape like on the Reo? I've never used one and I enjoy the 510 atty, because it gives off a good plume of delicious vape.

To me, they were the best of both worlds in terms of flavor and vapor. The drip shield does come in handy but it can tighten the draw a bit.

As long as you dont wrench it on the mod you will never have a problem

From the Man Himself. Thanks again Rob for everything, your reputation here is growing and growing by the day. I will be in contact soon for another Reo, possibly the Grand this time. Also do you have any RBA's in stock?

Well I'm going to try this out tonight and see how it works. First without the drip shield and then with it. Do you recommend using the Drip Shield on the Reo or without?
