I just need to give a shout out to Rob and a huge thanks, his customer service is amazing.

i had a package where I had ordered multiple items and 2 (of the same item) were missed, on this shipment. I Pm'd him here, and he responded right away and the replacements were sent out right away.

yesterday I sent him an email, because USPS showed them as shipping info received for a month, but no movement. I wanted his advice, I know next to nothing about USPS and shipping, and I didn't know if they were lost or what. I picked the cheapest shipping option, so no insurance. This is in no way Rob's fault, it is mine for choosing that shipping option and USPS.

he replied today that he is sending me another package, these are not cheap parts, it is 2 RM2's. I am completely blown away, I have never had customer service like this. All he asked is that if I receive 2 packages to send one back.

So now I am trying to pick out the mini 2.1 to complement my collection....

again Rob, thank you. I am so grateful. You truly went above and beyond.

I'll second the fact that Rob is far and above anyone for customer service.

We're in the midst of a deal with another supplier that is so far from stellar it's embarrassing and beyond frustrating.

Rob's ability to keep up with emails, pms, phone calls, is superb and some folks ought to take a few lessons from him when it comes to being responsive to customers.

I wish I could say that Rob has taken good care of me when I had problems.

He hasn't. Because I've never had a problem. I have NEVER pushed a fire button on 7 Reos and had one not fire (make it 6 - I have one that I have never used yet).

I feel kinda left out.

He is always real nice and helpful when I call to buy more of the best mods on the planet though :)

I foresee another such call soon too :)

I agree Rob is/has the best CS ever. Finding REOs and having the greatest vape of my life is very important and everything is just perfect.

The forum is awesome the people who are REO owners are supportive/interesting and sometimes funny. I have learned a lot and have fun here.

The number one thing i learned is that there are so many more REOs i want and will get asap :D

Not to forget, maybe engraved doors will be here soon!

Rob probably doesn't even remember that when I ordered my 2nd REO (a mini), it never showed up. I contacted him by email, and within 4 days, WITHOUT waiting to track down the original, another one was sent and arrived on my doorstep. That was 3 yrs ago, and to this day, I have an undying respect for his business practices.

Best device on the market, best customer service EVAH! Sometimes I'm just in awe of the lengths he goes to, to support his customers. He's always around to provide advice and support (with a good dose of humor), and fixing ones that people buy off the classies? Who does THAT?

I for one truly believe that there's SOOO many generous, kind, thoughtful, caring folks in the Reo forum because it comes straight from Mr. Rob...he started it all, it sorta rubs off on all of us!

We come here in a great mood...unless life happens to be throwing us some curveballs...because we know that the Reos that brought us together and the man that makes them will ALWAYS do right by us.

+5 to Rob's CS. When I initially bought my Reo I was living in Germany and had an APO address. Rob went out of his way to drive to the post office and personally mail my Grand out to me. Now that I have seen the picture of where he lives, that couldn't have been a short drive. Thanks again Rob for the great support and product you put out. We all appreciate everything you do.
