Whatchya buyin Fleet?? If I aint bein too nosy. got my lil tube of deoxit gold in today, so that's kewl. And a milk frother, but man that thing is a piece of junk. ya gotta remove screws to put the battery in, when I did the back popped off, pieces fell off.....I finally got it together and it works, but ya gotta try to hold it all together while ya get the screws back in.....building an atty is easier!! lol Will definitely be reviewing this thing! At least I shouldn't have to change batteries for awhile.

Hiya Deb, I bought some special stuff you use to treat oilskin cloth, which my hat and duster is made out of it. I also just got off the phone and am considering some microphone purchases for recording and playing live. Didn't buy anything yet on those, just trying to get some options. All money I shouldn't spend but I had to do maintenance on my hat. It's 4 years old and needs to be treated.

Sorry your frother is giving you problems, maybe you'll get a good rhythm down with it.

Wish I could ride with you one day. I'd love it. I thought about going to truck driving school. Very expensive and they said I could start out making a whopping 24K a year. No thanks, not between the low wages, low man on the totem pole when trying to deliver plus I didn't want to lump. I did work for a trucking company though as an accountant so I knew a bit of what went on.

kewl! I'm guessin N stands for Navy? My son was in Army JROTC (years ago he's 30 now) and was commander of the male armed drill team, as well as some other teams. Used to love going to the meets. They did regionals a few times too. That's wonderful that she is in that and doing so well. He ended up getting a full 4 year ROTC scholarship, but couldn't take it due to some health problems that didn't get resolved in time. But spent 8 years in the reserves. Wish he'd have gone active and retired, but he was done with it.

P.S. ( I'm stickin to the old-fashioned way) what in the world is a milk frother?! At first i thought Debadoo was talkin about a milkshake makin thing..but then she said somethin about screwin in batteries....I could go to the darkside with this but I'm gonna leave it alone...

I was out n about earlier to get new glasses...so I can see all of you much clearer when we're "chattin'", but won't be ready for a couple of weeks...guess i'll just have to keep squintin for a while.

It was simply mahvelous out there dahlings, I wore a light coat and Sketchers, no gloves or hat! Gonna be in the fifties for a few days..yahoo!

We laugh at ya anyway j/k I'd love to visit one day but that's not likely to happen. And you folks have some vicious critters over there. Snakes. Bad snakes. Don't like bad snakes Or blue octopi, box jelly fish, etc, etc. All I have to worry about is bears or hitting a moose with my jeep.

Edit: and you can certainly laugh at us. Me, I cry.
