I used to carry cigarettes and a lighter everywhere, but never use them indoors at work - why can you not do the same with your Reo? Keep it on you until break or lunch times and then dig it out for a vape?

That way you don't have to worry about batteries in a hot car, or worse, someone thieving from your car while you are working?

I would, but it's an aseptic packaging job, so I can't have anything on me.

I'm curious about this - i also carry a wallet everywhere with me and i have to by law. Why are no lockers provided for personal items if the job stipulates things you must wear and others you cannot take in with you?

That's a good question. We asked about lockers (since supposedly they were to have them), but all they said was, "we are looking into them." A wallet is one thing, but it's basically a 'clean room,' so I can't even have a necklace or watch on.

Like everything else employers take advantage of the local laws!

In many states that is a NO NO! (Not having a locker room, etc.)

In PA perhaps not?

Mom came to my rescue. She had an old thermal bag for groceries (like 20+ years old lol) she let me have. Now I can keep the lunch cool and my vape protected!
