When you are in your signature editing screen, choose the the little icon in the upper right corner as the one is here in the forums, or use BB code to edit...

At the beginning of your stuff (it should look like all text) using the "PIPE" or left bracket, lower case next to the "P" on your keyboard, then the word CENTER, and then the right "PIPE" symbol which is next to the "\" key.

At the end of your text type the same command but put a "/" before the word CENTER. (also with the two PIPES).

Nope, dynamic sigs no longer work. It's showing a cached version of the image instead of the actual image. I wrote in to the admins about it but haven't heard back.

first thing I did when I logged on with the old software was change the style away from this crap to a more civilized style (ECF-2). My old eyes are not going to tolerate this bright white for very long.

I used the ECF 1 version before after they changed it, how did you change it here?

Ok...... to all......one thing that someone on the porch and I did yesterday that was a huge help, we had a google hangout open in a different tab, so we could talk and hear each other as we explored the forum, and we helped each other figure it all out.

For fleet.........just to make sure you know, cuz I know you didn't like long posts like this..... to reply to only part of it....... highlight that part, a little box will come up with +quote or reply. Click reply to only reply to that one, or +quote if you want to reply to more than one thing.

So far I'm liking many of the new features, not so much liking all the white, but hopin that will be a temporary thing. I can't change my mood either, but yesterday I couldn't see them, so dunno yet if those of us who aren't supp. members will get them or not.

I can't say i'l make use of the mood feature any more than i'll follow which trophies i am awarded. I already disabled alerts for those.

As to changing the white background, as i said i do that using my browser. In Firefox i go Edit/Preferences/Content/Colors and chose background and text colours i like and then force it to override website defaults.

Thanks! I'm grateful to have as much of it back as I have, although admittedly I do use it as an excuse to not do stuff like heavy lifting and housework.

I doubt the daily fact posts will be returning, but I will try to drop in more often than I have lately. While I don't particularly miss ECF itself, I dearly miss the folks here in REOville!
