my son needs a job like that. He's a restaurant manager, and the other day went in at 11:00 am, got off at 3am the next day. He always works around 65 hrs a week. Salary of course.

That's what happens when they put that "M" word in your title. When you break down the salary into the hours you work, the manager is usually working for less than the employees.
