i'd stick with the belt sander, because it's a little gentler and harder to make mistakes!

I used to make aluminium trunking (hence my name) and that last bit you cut with a chop saw has a nasty habit of either flying off into the distance (which is good), or trapping itself in between the blade and the back of the saw (which is not so good). If i was to use a chop saw to do it - i'd just clamp the Reo in there and nibble thin slices off it rather than trying it all in one go.

Dibby reckoned on marking the 510 with a black marker pen on the rim and stopping as soon as you scuffed it. The rotary disk on a belt sander took me about half an hour, but i kept stopping to make sure it was square and blow the swarf out etc. Bit of masking tape over the 510 hole saves a lot of cleaning too.

I will try and catch my buddy in a good mood.so he can do it on his mill.
Unfortunately, he is having health problems at the moment.
Poor guy never dipped and only smoked for a minute 30 years ago, and suddenly is being tested for throat cancer.

If he tests positive for throat cancer, at what point do you think he will be in a good mood?

Let's hope not huh?

You just have to know this guy. The thought of it may get him down for a bit, but once he comes to terms with it (knows what he is dealing with) he will be okay, as he does his treatments. I have never seen him stay down from anything for long.

Dual or Single Coil? What ohm rating are you firing at?
I am running single coil .6 ohm, using a Samsung 25r power source. With the Samsung, there is a noticeable difference.

I've got mine currently at 0.5 dual coil with Efest 3500mah batteries. He didn't have the drill bit unfortunately so I just widened the channels by a hair, seems to be a wee bit better. Least long enough to get to payday and order something that will probably shock me even more and prove I'm not that much of a machine type guy LOL. That or I'll have dad grab the 1/16" bit and use his drill press with one of my other atomizers...hey waitaminute I might have something there....
