I heard there is some new(to me) developments. What is going on with this sub ohming on Reo/rebuildables? I only have the Reo Mini 2.0 (18490) that oldbroad(gotta love her for that)sent me. I see they are no longer on site. So can the can the upgrade kit on it?

I have a feeling if it can't I might be looking at a Grand in my near future.

Gotta give the Reo everything in life after all it was my first ecig and got me off them cancer weeds.

It might work. Just PM Rob (redeyedancer) and ask him first. Your mini certainly deserves the best!

It was a good call by the referee's on the non-catch. That ruling has been in effect for like 3-4 yrs now. The receiver has to maintain control all the way to the ground and clearly the ball came out as his hand hit the ground. Technically if we turn back the clocks one week, Dallas shouldn't even been playing in this game. They were the recipients of one of the worst non-calls in NFL history... If that pass interference call would have stuck it would've been Detroit that moved on....

I hear all the new mods from REO come ready to sub ohm, and he does offer kits. Either you can install or he can.
If your thinking Grand, maybe think LP Grand.
I have one of each, and am thinking of taking my Grand to an LP. LOL.
I have been sub ohming on my grand for quite a while, and recently got an LP that was done by Rob for sub ohming. That said, the only problem I had with the Grand was the spring. It never fully collapsed, but it did get very weak. I ordered a replacement spring and screw from Rob and installed it today. Of course I have a back up spring coming, cause I do not want to be with out my REOs.

Just put my reo on a multi meter and found what many of you probably already know:
Coil resistance: 1.2 ohms. Touching negative lead on multi meter to the spring and the positive end to the positive contact reads 1.2 (it jumped around a bit, but settled between 1.2-1.3).
Battery was at 4v (LG HE2), touching 510 it read 4v. Under 1.2ohm load it measured about 3.82v from the posts on the atty. Not sure how much of that "voltage drop" was the mod and how much was the battery... but there it is.

In other news I just but ReadyxWick in my cyclone clone (say that 5 times fast.. FastTech K6, 2 1/16 air flow holes drilled in front of the coil) and it will be a LONG time until I rip this build out (3/32, 7 wraps, 1.2 ohms, set at 45 degree angle) :)
