Hello all. I've been reading a lil bit on Reos threads here and there.......figured it was time I quit peekin in the windows and came in outta the cold. Is that a warm cozy fire I see over there???

Don't have a Reo, and haven't even seen one IRL but I am quite intrigued by them. So, thought I'd pop in and get to know y'all, learn more about them and get a better idea as to whether or not I think this would be vaping heaven for me. don't everyone scream yes all at once

Looking at the some of the progression thread, I was mesmerized by the purply woodvils. Soooooooooo purdy!! The resin ones look really cool too. Anyhow, I'm Deb......hiya! and Happy belated birthday to bike guy.

Welcome Deb I'm Pietro you'll love it here coffee isn't always fresh but we blame Scott for that lol

Good morning Reoville

I'm more south-central Texas down along I-10. I know your area as I have been to Temple VA a few times, and that's about 2-1/2 hours north of me.

kewl. I've heard of Weimar and wondered where it was, just had never looked it up. 2.5 hrs is just about next door neighbors in Texas time. lol

It sure is! When it takes me 30 minutes just to go to Wal-Mart or groceries at HEB, 2+ hours from here isn't covering a lot of distance in the Texas scheme of things!:)

Karen........I just noticed you're in SW Ohio. I used to live in Barnesville. Tiny town only a handful of folks have ever heard of. 30 from south of Cambridge, and about an hour north of Wheeling WVA (hope those directions are right) either that or it's backwards of that lol

Yes, Deb. I am down near Cincinnati. Hope one day to move out to Arizona. Ohio was not my choice but due to circumstances at that time we moved up here from Florida. My family grew here and now I have two kids and their children here still. One moved to Arizona. I have lived in California, Nevada, and Florida. Really want to go west for my retirement.

Good morning all. Hope everyone is staying warm and dry! Got a touch of ice here but not bad enough to bring things to a stop [emoji3]

Good Morning! Cold here too. I think we are at 19 now! Some of our snow from last week is still around. But roads and sidewalks mostly dry.

I am here at work still, won't get out till tomorrow morning. It should be dry but very cold when I travel home.

Morning Debadoo, Welcome to the 'ville :)

Stop thinking about it and just do it is my suggestion on buying a Reo :) The hardest part is picking it out! But no worries, as others have said, after you get one you will want another... I'm still on my first (got my Grand LP in december) but I'm eying the minis. I hear its cyclical, so after the mini... another want will arise :) before I jump into that I'm trying out BF attys to get the best vape. My vape budget isn't all that spectacular, so I buy cheap or wait a while to build up funds, hoping to get my mini mid year :)

As far as Texan's go, I'm new to that as well :) Moved just north of Austin last October. We like it so far :)
Born and Raised in NOORRRTTHHERRNN California (20min from the Oregon border), Moved to southern (pasadena area) for a few months before going to college in Utah. Worked there for a few years, then moved here to be closer to my wife's family - Living in Cali didn't make since as the cost of living is so much higher and the higher pay doesn't make up for it.

thanks Hectic! You're not too far from me then. I'm actually in Temple now, was in Harker Heights when I signed up and put my location. Should probably change that, but most folks are familiar with Ft Hood.

It'll be a long while before I ever get a reo if I do, (and likely I will at some point), but that'll give me plenty of time to learn all about em. I just build my first coil so proud  so still need some learnin bout rba/rda etc At this point in time I'm saving up to buy juice, so it'll be awhile before I can save up for a Reo. lol I'm just in the "checkin it out to see if this is something I want, and what type would I want phase". I'm amazed at some of the photos I've seen of whole litters of Reos that folks have.

I know they make vv reos, but still not sure bout the whole 2 battery thing, so that's something I need to learn about. the KISS it side of me says 3.7v, but that makes me think of an ego (ick) but I'm sure that with the right atty, it would still be amazing, and nothing like an ego, I just gotta get my head wrapped around that.

yeah a lot of folks are leavin Cali, and many of em end up here. I like this area......except I'm freezin right now!! Have surely had enough of this cold. Is it Spring yet???

VV REO's are a thing of the past! Yes, he made the VV Grand and a VV Woodvil.

But Robert is all about building and selling a product that is all made by him. He didn't make the chip for the VV's and it gave lots of people problems. He chose to stop production.

I have some VV Woodvil's and so far they are working great. You can find them in the classifieds once in awhile.
