I agree with not smoking is paramount. But everybody's body is different from everybody elses body.
We hit 50F yesterday and it's 34F right now, expected to hit 50F again today. Then it drops back to the 30's and snow for awhile. (Snow not coming for three days so that may change....) 50 is still too cold for me.... However, it is a harbinger of the spring to come. That's a good thing. We can have a month of spring and then a month of summer and a month of fall.
Actually we get, as far as I'm concerned, 6 months of winter and the rest divided into the other seasons. Those who were born here probably see it differently but I'm from way down south, Florida way.
