I hope Debadoo sees this, I couldn't find the post again where she was asking.

MIghty kind of you to post the link. I'm sure she'll see it. She doesn't miss mine.

Just okay, you reckon? Sure would like to hear "great"! But if it's not great then saying so is fine. The reason I say all this is because when I ask, I mean it. It's not just a nicety, I actually care. I don't think most people take it that way though.... :(

Go get that webcam out, I'd sure love to see you join us.

Hey, if you ever want to talk, PM me, my phone number is open to those that want it.

I guess it's just all a part of my buddhist tendencies and my willingness to help anybody I can in any way. Oh well, shoot me, I could have worse traits :)

P.S. Anybody that likes the Dude is ok in my book, right off the bat :)

It's going good. It's a nice Saturday afternoon, gonna get a bit twisted and listen to some music. Maybe join chat if one comes up.

I have no concept of time anymore. :)

How you doing?

NO!! Not Saturday! I have not had my Thursday, and Friday off yet! I love my 4 day weekends! LOL! Hope to jump in a chat or two this weekend!

Sorry Fleet, I sometimes run on here and check stuff then take off again. Right now I'm waiting on a propane truck to get out of my way. I thank you for the concern. I'm fine. I'll be going to a real lung doctor finally tomorrow. I reckon she'll tell me how I'm doing in that department. I think my emphysema is pretty mild so far. I've been feeling pretty good with my meds. There is nothing wrong with Buddhist tendencies in my book. I think I'm probably somewhere between Buddhist and Taoist on my outlook on life. Did you know they actually started a Dudest religion after The Dude? I met a "Dudest priest" here on ECF. lol It's kind of Taoist. Maybe I should become Dudest priest.

Having a slow morning at work...clients are taking their sweet time getting into work. So I'll take this short opportunity to post a couple of photos of the progress we have made up here.

Here is the house, front yards (ha, ya ....right), and shop. The left side is ours and the right side is my father-in-law's. As you can see we have a ton of work to do outside. Landscape, construction and tree clearing clean up is a must. And we have to finish the gravel driveway. We overspent before we could order the last 2 loads of gravel, so we need to build up the coffers before we finish. That will come later this spring.

Here is the new shop...attached to the back of the old shop. This is really big, but its so hard to capture the size on camera. 30x30 in front, 45x56 in back. When we can save enough money, we'll re-roof the front to match. For a 30+ year old shop, it's withstood the test of time really well.

And here are a couple of photos of some of our new projects...Wayne needs something to do now that our home is complete and the loan is closed. Can't have him sitting around being bored. The green one was mine and the other one is his (pictured with him, his son & grandson). We've since acquired one more for me, but I haven't taken pictures of it yet. The green one will be a parts rig for now, but then we'll restore it later....like in 10 years, if ever. These are family projects...things for us to work on together (us, dad, and even the kids & grandkids from time to time).

This is an idea of what we're shooting for with at least one of the Willys. We'll use them for work and play with our company logo on them.

Anyway, that's it from the hill people household. Hope you all have a great day!

Leave that light on for me! I promise I will visit! Can't wait to see your home and the property.

And I bet pictures just don't do it justice!

Ever read the "Tao of Pooh"? Wonderful book. And yeah, a Dudest priest would be cool. I'm an ordained minister myself, however my ministry is different from what is considered the norm. As if anyone would expect anything different.... :)
