Reo Lounge Part V

Quick drop in to say, I love you all, thinking about all you oldies and newbies (to me). Can't get caught dropping in cause only have a few minutes and I cannot limit myself .... so. MUCH LOVE BEING BEAMED...... It's 0530 central and I should get some sleep before huge next few days. Tonight unpacked a tub and low and behold 18 REOs. Ya'll know that's only a "few" of my collection. Was like X-mas but no time to savor. Just wanted to let ya'll know I got all kinds of warm fuzzy feelings unwrapping the REOs. (only time to unwrap and stack) Whole nuther boxes of REOs somewhere.

My newish ob/gyn will be purchasing a REO and fix'ns. According to her she has a big collection of PVs and she's still smoking. I'll see her next week (follow up on biopsy) and will give her all kinds of info. I offered to loan her a REO but she said, "Let me know what to get and I'll buy." BTW.... she's my most favorite "ladies doc" ever; even more so than my next favorite "ladies doc", DH.

On the food front (Karen)... I made a killer Paleo Chicken stew tonight.... I mean really, really killer!!!!

Alice that's awesome your doc is vaping!!! Maybe she can tell some of these other docs that it's not just as bad as smoking or almost as bad. that's what I'm getting from some. Just had one tell me well it's not quite as bad as smoking, but in the medical community we don't support it or recommend it. I told him to quit listening to JAMA or wherever he's getting his info from and research it himself........I'm doing human trials on ECF!! lol I can point to so many folks who couldn't walk a block on cigs and are now running, or at least doin all kinds of stuff they couldn't do before. Ok, rant over....... but really burnt me up! lol Especially when this 12 yr old doc very condescendingly said...... well I hate to burst your bubble. lol Ok, now rant over lol

Thnx. I really don't want to sound flippant but "ladies'" biopsies are a pretty regular thing for me so it's taken in stride. We'll deal with whatever and move on.

"Ladies' Doc" has, apparently, been trying to quit for some time, hence "collection of PVs". She's a believer but just hasn't had the right PV, juice, and support system. I'm pretty sure she'll crusade once she's kicked the stinkies. She has a huge practice.

DH and I, being in the medical system, M.D and RN, doesn't guarantee us any credibility with peers. It's just like in "lay persons'" experience..... one, out of many, at a time.... patience is required. (Don't get me started on BIG Pharm and Agri.)

I can't begin to express the joy and warm fuzzies I experienced opening the storage bin and boxes of PV stuff, mostly REOs and various RBAs I had forgotten about.... boxed up for well over a year...... I can't even remember the names of all the WOODs. But it'll all come back in time. Warm fuzzies thinking about the most incredible peeps... REOnauts that have graced my life.

Please, all my REO friends, know that I love you and carry you with me, in my heart and mind, at all times.

T is right. The purists will be telling you that one wrap needs to be squeezed over. I just build mine and if they heat from the middle out, all the coils glow pretty evenly and the legs don't get hot, I shove a wick in them. If the wick looks like it would wick up juice when it's squonked, wouldn't logically block juice from draining back, and doesn't block the air hole, it's good in my opinion. Most people worry a lot about the length I don't.

Hi Torey! Yep, we're getting rain right now as well. Which is good as we still have piles of snow all over. The rain will help.

As far as massage therapists? My only massage, which was part of a phys rehab facility when I was trying that for my back, left me hurting so bad I never did it again.

So they ain't all good

We're suppose to have storms here around 7, but it's like 70, so I don't mind at all. Hot showers are nice! Warm puppy dogs are, too...but so are massage therapists! lol. How's your afternoon going? I'm having a great day now that my dentist appointment is over! I stopped at the B&M and picked up a little bit of VG to thin down my juice a bit for my REO. Full day of Squonking has been awesome so far!

My day is going great! Even the dentist visit went great - got my permanent bridge this morning. Feels strange, but my dentist is just up the street from my B&M...so of course I stopped in. The one guy was admiring my REO. Picked up some 30g kanthal, some PG (going to thin down my juice a wee bit), and some of their wicking material, which I promptly cut and rewicked my build to try it out. Drove around all day running errands...and had the best vape ever! I'm in love!
