. . . . met hubby in town yesterday and depending on your point of view I was kinda mean, . . . .
That could help show him that he doesn't need them. Or, it could make him dig his heels in. Emotions are such funny things. So, how did he react? How did he feel at the end of the day?
1 1/2 days to go...
Very nice! Almost there!

Oh, no! Only 1 and 1/2 days until all three of the grandkids will be home all day every day!

They can quite possibly do a spay and abortion at the same time Kay

good morning everyone :)

I know Darrel, but I think she's too far along now and so does the vet so I don't want to traumatize her any worse than she already is. Besides, it's
some logistics for me to schedule the bus and haul her to the vet just to be told that she is indeed too far along, plus the office call to just turn around and go back home.

Any body want an adorable newborn kitty?:D

So, I was at meijers superstore a while ago and was standing outside waiting for the bus when a young man stopped to hit on me....no,wait, that was just my imaginationo_O

Actually he was interested in my sparkly red Mini, said he'd been vaping on a disposable at 24 mgs., asked me all kinds of questions, then asked how to get ahold of one. So I gave him enough info to get started, told him I'm oldbroad on the Reo forum, so on and so forth. He seemed like he'd be into sub-ohming and huge clouds:D ( full beard/ long ponytail)

No new kitty for me. I have two already. One is my daughter's, and one is my son's. (well the one that was my son's has claimed me now) My old cat died over a year ago. One cat is enough. Besides, I still have my dog, and my son's dog. The cost of pets is higher than it used to be. I bet you can find them some good homes. Put them up on Craig's list for free. People now seem to want a stinking rehoming fee for mixed breed pets now. I had to pay that to get my puppy. She was mixed half and half. But it was the same, or a little less than adopting one at the pound.

We weren't looking for a cat. But, . . . .

On his way home from school last week, my 15 year old grandson got talked into taking a baby kitten home with him. Poor baby! He thought the kitten might die without him. So, now we have a tiny baby kitten.

The dog's not thrilled. But, they're getting used to each other . . . slowly.

I'll check out Craig's list when the time comes, thanks Kelly! Actually, my bro. and SIL might be stopping overnite this coming Sun. and she's a bonafide cat lover...when i sing her the tale of Tukii, she might want at least one of them as the rescue cat she has now is very old.

Hell, I might even keep one of them, so Tukii has some companionship!

WHAT have i gotten myself into!!!!

A teenage boy?! Wow! He's obviously got a tender heart!

The re-homing fee is to keep people from getting them to use for bait animals, or other non pet purposes. Those folks are not willing to $50 for a kitten or puppy. It also keeps animal hoarders from getting them.

Ah, I did not know that. Well my pup was more than 50 bucks. But since both parents were on the property, and the pups were 2 breeds I liked, I got one. My old mastiff passed several months before. I finally decided that it was time. I wanted a good watch dog, highly trainable. She fits the bill perfectly.
