Morning everyone, well it is gonna be a long weekend, my charger died this morning, and due to lack of funds I didn't have a back-up. Yes, I know back-ups for back-ups. Have a vc2 on the way now, it should be here long about monday, and I do have an istick 30 and the mvp 2 to get by on til then.
Good thing you at least have those. I also have a MVP2, and an istick 20, plus mechs. I think of selling some of this, but I never want to be out of something to vape with. I would never buy a battery in a local store here. They don't even have decent chargers here either. I gotta get a back up charger too. vaping is way more expensive than I thought, when I started out. But I am still glad I decided to take the plunge regardless.
Is exactly why I didn't run down to the B&M, yeah I could have had it today if I had, but if I got a decent one would be twice the cost which I can't afford to spend. Even upping the shipping to 2 day it is cheaper than the cheapest charger at they have locally. Oh well it will be here monday or tuesday and my new cells arrived today. So just need to hold out a couple days on the other stuff and I can do that.

I keep telling myself .. a carton of cigs cost $96.95, and only lasts a week
..That same $$, spent on everlasting gear(and parts), is a winner
Even with the champagne appetite on a beer budget, I'm SO far ahead of the game.

I have been very lucky cost wise, most of my devices I have won or been gifted (including my new Reo). If not for that I wouldn't have such nice things. My husband and I are doing better each month. 6 months ago we were homeless and now in an apartment with internet and phone and I am picking up supplies to start a small craft business of my own, so even being able to spend $25 on a charger today is something.

Thanks, but I did get a vc2 ordered, been wanting one anyways, just couldn't justify spending the money on it when I had a working charger.

Big vote coming up on the 8th on this bill (HB 2211)
HB 2211 would enact an unjustifiable extra tax of 60% of sales price on vapor products -- liquids
and devices. Imagine paying $32.00 for your next 30ml bottle of e-liquid
or $160.00 for your next $100 mod.
Glad I quit 3 years ago, and have prepared for what I suspected was going to happen, to the best of my ability.

Seeing the prices on that tax deal just infuriates me. I bought a little stock to put back. But it won't last forever.
Zebra body, Wenge door Woodvil' PapawBrett so generously sold me at quite a discount..Coming to me with a Brass RM2 as well..There is no group of folks quite like the ones in Reoville ... I only have the one LPG and quite frankly needed a back-up...As some of you know I've had to back off the hammer because of all the moving around I've been doing of late,..so a very kind offer was made to me by Papaw..I'm still literally shocked and a grown man almost cried at the offer..I jumped on it of course!
I'm sure any one of you would have done it if able to..Thank you all for being the most kind and generous group out of all here on ECF..I promise to return this favor in the future when I'm more able to.

Well, Rob can certainly get it going if something is wrong with it, he'll make it right. But I was saying the same thing as wharf rat....I had to raise my 510 pin on the metal grand a full turn to get an atty to fire. Hopefully that will work. That's what that adjustable pin does. If not, definitely contact Rob, either pm or call him, he might be able to troubleshoot over the phone, and if it's a defect in the mod, he'll make it right.
