so today I finally got my copper vein and my reo mini. I could not have been more happy. only issue is that even this brass rm2 does not thread onto the other copper vein reo so the other coppervein.is.being used with a normal rm2 which is not cool but nonetheless we will see how it pans out.

The brass RM2 fits one but not the other? Something's not right there.

that is the bigfer oring from reo mods.

I have 2 brass rm2 that dont fit on the one copper vein.


how do u guys keep the brass not turning dull?

Ah, I see, sounds like you have a damaged thread on the copper vein Reo, if you look at the threads under a magnifying glass, you might be able to see a damaged part of the threads, near or at the top. Depending on what you see, it could be fixable at home. Let us know.

My wife has a brass RM2, when it needs a polish I will use Brasso, or alloy mag wheel polish (Mothers brand), but so far it has only needed a clean up with some paper towel.

I have not damaged the threads came like this. I can screw other rm2's on it only the 2 brass that I have dont screw on

I've found that running a pointy SS dental pick through the threads of both the 510 connector and the atty / RBA can fix a lot of threading issues.

tried a couple methods and no go it is only with the brass rm2's I have the silver works 100%. Rob is sending another rm2 will see if it resolves the issue
