You can make a coil/wick any ohms you want. You could wrap a coil that would come out anywhere from well below 1.0 ohms to 4.0 ohms if you want. Easy peasy. And you wouldn't believe the vape you'll get! Awesome.

How do you change the ohms? By more/less winding, larger/smaller gauge?

precisely. i use 32g kanthal - 4 wraps = 2 Ohms dead on 3mm silica wick. Because you make it yourself you can make it whatever you wish; the downside is that there's nobody else to blame! ;)

Excuse my confusion; Since I'm using a 3 ohm carto, I need to shoot for 3 ohms on the Reomizer? If so, what would be the best wire and wick I should order?

Edit: I suppose I could just order all of them for only $8, and have fun messing around. :vapor:

i'd just use 6 wraps instead of 4.

here:
AWG 28: Low Resistance (0.5 ohms/inch)
AWG 30: Low Resistance (0.8 ohms/ inch)
AWG 32: Low - Standard Resistance (1.3 ohms/ inch)
AWG 33: Low - Standard - High Resistance (1.6 ohms/inch)
AWG 34: Standard - High Resistance (2.1 ohms/inch)

You will immediately notice that lower gauge wire will need more wraps to hit your resistance.

what coils did you make in those Super-x? nanocoils? j/k.

The point is more wraps with lower gauge wire will achieve exactly the same as fewer with higher gauge. There are important things to consider if you switch from cartos to RBAs:
1) Rba's seem to "hit" harder - so you might need to go a little higher than 3 Ohms

2) Get a multimeter and make certain you measure all your coils before you use them in anything. If you don't, you risk batteries going postal and your device being ruined by a short.

Some people that make the same coils again and again, super-x perhaps, can hit the same values time after time. You cannot. i cannot. Use the meter.

Good luck and btw an RM2 is about the easiest thing in the world to recoil and about the hardest to short ;)
