Just found some VA Cyclones with AFC on sale at myvaporstore.com - not the bottomfed version, but chowderhead can fix that on the quick... heads up.

Checkout MOV for the bottom fed and the AFC. They just restocked the other day so should be available for a bit. Though they do go fast. Still cheaper than MVS's sale price.

Looks like with the new order they split the two up. I'm glad I got a few of them before they changed it. Now it's the same price with the AFC extra. Again, my apologies I should have double checked. They had sent me an email and I never bothered to look.

Trying to help others certainly isn't a bad thing.
Other than it looking a little bit funny, I don't see why not.
VanHeli reports that if you build your coils higher you can use the AFC cap, just only covers one o-ring.
If it is a hollow 510 extension it will work. But I want to make you aware of a few possible issues so you are fully informed before you go that route.
The 510 extension is much more likely to be over tightened damaging the insulator.
The 510 extension center pin can easily move around and it is possible for it to short.
If your mod takes a tumble with the 510 installed and it hits rba first on angle, the leverage and thus the force is greater, increasing the odds of 510 damage.
Rob will mill the regular down to LP for about $20 IIRC
I just got both back from the spa - may have to send them back (again) for a mill. LOL I think I am going to *try* the "build your coil higher and slide the cap over the 1st Ring" soltution, first. I gather the caps are super-tight even over a single ring, anyway... hopefully works out.

Honestly Superman just pony up the fundage for a couple of new LP's. Getting everything to work is just not worth it. I still have my original Grand and run a single 24g micro at about 0.5 and it works for me. Is it lung roasting 0.35 duels? No but it's still a good vape and in my daily rotation.
He knows what needs to be done - just needs to make a concerted effort to get them . . . .

Is the cap "snug" enough not to worry much about it? (guess I will find out!)
Man, I am surrounded in mods - no fewer than 10 within reach at this moment. (and several hiding around the house) - I already have (2) more coming, heheh...
