I have to take my hat off to Rob , and his crew . I sent in my wife's " Grand " last week , and it was back this Monday good as new , and a new door to boot . The old one wasn't working too good .So they just replaced it . But they only charged for the basic repair . My wife is thrilled to have her's back , and I'm really thrilled to have mine back , before she could trash it . Thanks Rob , you guys rock .
