I made a mistake with a rebuildable atty and fried the spring. I ordered a new spring.

Then I tried to replace the spring and lost the screw = bonehead mistake.

I sent an email through the Reos website and asked the cost of another screw. The answer I got? Give me your address and I'll send you another. No mention of cost. Just "I will send you another." The length of time between my issue submission and his reply? 30 minutes. Wow.

I love my Grand and miss using it while wait. I am stuck using something I haven't liked since I got the Grand - my Provari lol.

The only thing better than the Grand is knowing I bought it from a company that remembers what customer service truly is.

Loyalty means a lot to me. I wanted another mod and was looking at a smaller mechanical tube. The screw thing caused me to rethink it all and I just ordered a Mini 2.0 blue/silver.

Congrats on your new purchase! And about Robert, well we couldn't ask for a better person to have as our master REO maker! I don't doubt that the majority of us Reonauts have had at least one interaction with him where we were blown away by the greatest customer service!

Hope you thought to order a new spring for a back-up! I always find at least a couple things on site when ordering that it wouldn't hurt to keep just in case!

Rob and his products are awesome. I just couldn't imagine using anything but my REO to get my nic fix. I haven't had a single issue with it in the months that I use it. And I use it a lot. It goes everywhere with me, no other BS, just the REO full of juice and an AW IMR 18490. How simple is that? It's actually easier than smoking.

He is very helpful when you call too. He talks like a young Norm Abrams from the old Yankee workshop. I think Norm was also on a show with Bob Vila.

Rob is the young Yankee mod god.

Sure, sure, you sing Rob's praises now but wait until you have a Woodvil that needs to be refinished. When you first receive the bill for five-million dollars... plus shipping... you might be slightly annoyed but that will be tempered when you realize that Rob offers a monthly payment plan.

Note: Unless your name is Bill Gates take very, very good care of your Woodvil's finish... five-million dollars will attract a lot of fine looking ladies.

This concludes our public service announcement.
