I have tried to find a thread about this and have posted in two locations mentioning twists and variables with no replies. I searched your forum and believe I did not see an answer on your forum (please bare with me if there was)
My eGo V v2 Mega bottom pulled out when I took the USB off charging. Now both buttons are gone. It still vapes but it must be on the lowest setting. I am not much of a technical person, but can tell that the buttons probably popped out when the bottom pulled off. This bottom is not made to come off it is not a cap as I am sure you know. I really like this battery.
