repairable atty materials (wire wick)

So i jsut oredered the Genisis Line repairable atty and I want to go ahead and buy some of the kenthal wire and the stainless steel mesh for the wick but i cant find any supplyer in the USA so does anyone know where I can get
.15 Kenthal wire
#400 stainless steel mesh
also if anyone has some advice on setting up the ciol as in how many raps to get x amount of ohms I am useing it on a provari

I did see rolls of kanthal wire on ebay a while back.
For the wire mesh you can check here there in NJ not sure though if they carry the exact.
