Jeff said if ANYONE finds a better switch that fits the diamater of the Chucks, he will be happy to make the change. Problem is, finding one that meets our wants is near impossible bc of its shape and size. Jeff made a few Chucks with like 100 switches, about 5 in each tube to show us what they looked like and we all agreed the switch he is using is best until someone finds a better option.

If you DO find one that works - be sure to post it here and PM/Email Jeff with the manufactures name and info and Im positive he will look into it!

:)

That is large but the right idea... I burn or should I say melt down several cartos a week with my Chuck. Lay it down in my car door pocket to make a sales call come back and the carto and drip tip are just melted to nothing.

Any more ideas are always welcome, love the Chuck but the switch is gonna make me sell it.

NEVER drop it on concrete, mine likes to land on the switch virtually EVERY TIME. I have sent it back 2x for repair.

Due to the reduced size, I have been partial to the Prodigy V2 since I had to get a mod while the CHUCK was getting repaired 2x. I now have 2 Prodigy V2s and like the size of them better.
