Replace my stupid volcano(l88b)

Ok so I bought a volcano...it sucks and i want to replace it with something better. Im a half a pack smoker usually because I cant afford to get anymore breaks a day. An ecig wont change how often I will get to smoke so i need it to get me a decent amount of nicotine in my 5 minute smoke break and keep me going til my next go....

Pros and Cons of volcano

Pros
*the carrying case - nice size kept battery charged (5 carts 1 assembled ecig and spare batt)
*size of ecig - cigarette like

Cons
*carts lasted about 50 puffs total
*without a fresh cart i couldnt get more than 1 puff every 2 minutes


everyone seems to love the 510 but i dont know which brand to go with. i want something that will keep my pros fix my cons and ship quickly. I dont mind checking on other models but atleast tell me why its better for me than the 510.

510 part are interchangeable, also you can use the atty with the eGo too if you like (which is basically a big 510 battery). I'm too new to comment on the rest because I just started early last week and all I've used is the 510. I also might suggest for the 5 minute breaks that you get some juice in a really high nic content (maybe 36mg) so it'll kick your a** before you have to go back in to work (trust me, I know all about 5 minute breaks) hope that helps. and BUMP your post goes to the top of the list. have a happy vape!

I would certainly recommend the Joye 510 from Cignot. Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. The prices are great and the customer service is outstanding. You should also look at a PCC as they are wonderful when you are on the go because the batteries on the 510 usually, depending how much you vape, last for about 2 hours. Finally, my turn to help someone.

Go to Want2Vape, best prices I've found! The 510 kit they have is $35 plus $6 shipping, 2 batts, 2 atties (typical) 5 (pre-filled) carts, charger, AND a 12ml bottle of liquid to refill those carts when you finish the pre-filled!

All the 510 parts are interchangable, and are interchangable with your Volcano (l88b). I would suggest getting the PCC for the 510, because you wont be able to use your Volcano case to charge the 510. The 510 is slightly larger in diameter than the Volcano, so interchanging with 510 parts works, but will look slightly odd.

I started with the Blu, so I know exactly what you mean and are going through. I too was a half pack a day smoker, and was able to cut down to 2-3 analogs a day, but when I got my 510, was able to quit.

If all your looking for is an economical way to replace analogs, then all you'll need is to find the right juice for you, just read/watch reviews, and get sample packs from the various suppliers untill you find what you like. Just remember that taste is VERY subjective.

Otherwise this will quickly become an obsessive hobby. (well, for me anyway ) My collection is growing fast and it's like Christmas every other day at the post office.

not that there is anything wrong with wanting to try something else... especially the 510 since it is a popular and well liked model, but I would like to address your cons prior to deciding to try something new too soon or for the wrong reasons.

try dripping directly on the atty 3 drops and see how it works for you with your puff count.... it takes a little while to get use to, but it will become second nature in no time....

well helping me with the volcano was on another post that no one responded to and i cant link it... so i did even MORE research and went digging through the forum and reposted here

I cant find what blu foam mod actually is.
Everyones talking about it and how to do it but not where to get the materials...Ive tried adding more of the wool stuff from an empty cart to increase the spread of liquid so it would be higher up...and tried adding a piece of teabag to the top. Since I only have prefilled carts right now nothing is really that easy

I second this perfect advice... go with a Joye 510 (2 complete eCigs with charger - no box) starter Kit from CigNot.com for $40 shipped. Make sure you order some high nic juice too while you're there. Later, you can order the eGo (bigger battery) for your 510 atomizers... you'll get the TONS of vapor, flavor and throat hit you're seeking and if you get the right strength/flavor nic juice you'll never look back with any regrets....

PS - Oh! Make sure you order the MANUAL Joye 510 Batteries with the whistle tips also!!!!! You have to specify in the comments section of your order if you want whistle tips... otherwise you'll get the round, which is OK if you like the round.... Just bought more frigging stuff, somebody STOP ME!!

I have, however, finally found MY perfect vape setup. 510 cartomizers from LiquidXpress, with my (black) Silver Bullet at home (3.7v) and my laser mod and couple extra cartos for my daily carry.

I think I have enough eliquid for awhile to keep my cartos filled, so I think I can finally put the CC down. (Hopefully)

Ya i mean, i don't think the volcano sucks necessarily, i just don't think you chose wisely for your first ecig, you didn't know what to get so it looks like you went with the one with all the pretty lights and glamor. you definately should have started with a 510 or something bigger, ya dig?
