In the meantime while waiting for your order, try the dripping method on your Volcano as already suggested - works great.
Get a paperclip and push the batting and cup out of the little hole at the end of cartridge so you have an empty one and use this instead of a new cart.
CLEAN your atomizer - search the forums on how to do this - I just run it under hot water, pat dry and blow through the hole. (making sure that it's REALLY dry before use)
Re-attach a fully charged battery, drip 3 or 4 drops of liquid on the atomizer and put the empty cart back on.
You should get a far juicier hit!
