Bumped into your note while searching the board for info on replaceable coil/wick Vision v3's. (also called by its true name, version 2,.0 at some places). I had finally switched to them a couple months ago, then was stunned at how hard the 'genuine' ones with the V logo branding on the cartomizer were to find. I still have boxes of non-Vision non-replaceable clearomizers no one I know will touch, they are so awful, and all you can taste is plastic. When we first tried the newer Vision branded replaceables, we were ecstatic. I am still amazed at how they perform, even using 2.4 replacement heads on plain old Ego's - as I have attracted a bunch of local newbies who only want to use short Ego-C batteries (also almost becoming extinct). The branded Visions burn pretty hot, provide a great throat hit, and deliver fantastic flavor.
Even with exhaustive searching, there are only a couple places that have the branded replaceable Vision clearomizers - the one with the best stock I just ordered about 20 from last night was Sweet-Vapes (
Sweet-Vapes, don't forget the dash). I had heard them mentioned positively quite often here in posts. Right now they do also have the replaceable heads for them here:

The heads are 2.95 each.
Sweet-Vapes vision prices aren't cheap - normal price for the entire clearomizer is 6.95, but they have a buck off on the 2.4's - I can't fathom how hot the 1.8's would fire on even a standard Ego, with the punch the 2.4's have, I think the juice would burn with 1.8's.
I don't know if the vaping vendor world thinks everyone is moving into a tank mode, and evolving past the Vision style clearomizer, but that's my best guess so far of why the genuine Visions are so hard to find. Or maybe they think if someone is buying them, they are inexperienced vapers who wouldn't know the difference between a clone and the real thing anyhow, which I think is a false assumption. Most of the people I help quit are women, and most of them want nothing to do with a battery larger than a standard Ego-C, with a nice sleek, skinnier clear carto on them. Even my hub has cranked his Ego-C Twists down to their lowest setting with these V branded visions. I think the vendors are making a mistake gearing all their offerings to the bigger is better, hard-core vaper customer base. Even a guy with a Provari or Vamo at home might want to take something more discreet to work
Hope this info is helpful, and if you, or someone viewing this, bumps into other places selling genuine Ego Vision branded replaceable head clearomizers, let us know...
