I dropped my Bolt a few weeks ago & the button became permanently stuck down. I was just starting to enjoy it too. Anyway I found some horn style switches on smoktek's site for 89 cents & ordered a red one (actually 2 in case I messed up). Also got some solid 22 gauge wire from Radioshack.
Pretty simple task to replace it. I messed up the first time & soldered it all together with the plastic circle outside the bolt. No way to get it back in like that.
Heres the correct way..
1. Pry the old button out, scrape out any hot glue residue.
2. Clip the wires from the 510 connector & positive side battery connector (little plastic circle)
3. Solder a wire between the new button & the 510connector.
4. Solder a wire between the plastic circle & then loop it through head of the bolt so it hangs out the button opening.
5. Solder the same wire now to the button.
6. Push the button into place, wrap some electric tape around it to keep it snug.
7. Use hot glue gun to glue it in place on the inside of the head.
8. Push the plastic circle into place, you have to fiddle with the wires a little to make it all fit.
9. Put your battery back in the bolt & enjoy.
----
all the parts laid out

the wrong way to wire it back together.. the wire going to the plastic circle should be run inside the head of the bolt first

ready to lay some hot glue & hold it all in place

all done

BEHOLD!!!!
