Same for all liquids? I have some liquids that just don't make much vapor at all no matter what I put them in (atties and cartos of many types). I have no idea why! So if you only have one type/flavor of liquid that you haven't used before, it's a possibility that could have something to do with it.
I do have one set of 808 mini batteries that work well and last a long time between charges, but they've never put out quite as much voltage as they should so vapor was super weak until I figured out what was gong on. For those batteries I cherry pick atties/cartos from 2 Ohms to 2.2 Ohms and they'll work well. I also found the 2.4 Ohm CE2 type cartomizers, properly set up and broken in, were acceptable on them (the coil is on top...closer to the mouth) for me.
If your batteries are good, and performing up to specs, and the atties are not above 2.5 Ohms...it's probably a quality control issue. The coils probably were not wound tightly enough around the center wick. If you can't exchange those atties, you might give debridging them a try. Then use a needle or something to fluff up the center wick that runs through the coils (the more of it that comes in contact with the coils...the better).
If you do debridge them...note you can't use cartridges anymore. You'll have to drip a few drops at a time. Typically about 3 to prime everything, and add a drop or so after several hits.
If it's an auto battery be very very careful about overdripping! Many auto batteries out there are not sealed in any way and liquid can get down in them and toast it.
