Well call me Confused Clark. Here is the note that is on my order ticket.

Really not sure how a 10ml needle bottle is the same as a cap.

Beau tried to be a problem solver but kinda out started himself...he has a tendency to do that sometimes. All he had to do was ask the company that shall not be named for a cap lol

Perfect explanation. It's clear as mud to me now!

FWIW, I had two glass bottles and both had the black child-resistant caps. One cap "jumps threads" if tightened, the other cap will not jump even if tightened more than needed. They both look perfectly good and seem to be identical. But upon closer inspection, the bad cap's inner part w/the threads is made from thinner plastic. This allows the threads to more easily deform when tightened, causing the cap to jump threads.

Beau was just doing as I directed him to. At this moment in time, we have a limited ability to ask our bottling company for replacement caps. Once we receive and accept the bottles, the liability for those bottles falls on us, Nicoticket. At present, we do not house extra caps. This is being looked into. Beau, upon my direction, was trying to find an "outside of the box" long term solution for our customers so that we can be consistent for everyone. Going forward, when a new cap is requested, we will offer a Drip N 2Go Bottle as a solution if we do not have replacement caps in stock.

Burnie I have some empty bottles in the new style.
I can
A) mail you some bottle caps for the current bottle style
B) mail you a couple new 50ml LDPE bottles with caps and the thin tips like the old style
C) mail you some of both
PM me if you would like me to do that. All the best.

Thank You very much for the offer, but I have been vaping for a long time, and never pitch a bottle, just wash them and use for mixing sample mixes, etc., just must have misunderstood some of the previous posts in this thread.

I am going to say something here, and I am not saying this with the intention of offending anyone.

While I appreciate the offer for the Drippin' to Go as an alternative to getting nothing (they are more expensive than caps, so I do understand how much your offer means), it won't hold 60ml of liquid.

Was going to comment on getting replacement caps from the bottler or another vendor but instead I'm just going to say that personally I have zero use for glass bottles. I much prefer plastic and instead of (more expensive?) glass bottles, I would rather at least have the option of plastic bottles with a Yorker cap included separately for the larger size bottles that don't include a tip.

Hey, no offense taken Penguin. We understand exactly where you are coming from. The Drippin' 2 Go bottles are meant more as an alternative option to carrying around a glass bottle, not necessarily meant for storage. That's not to say that we are not working on the replacement caps, it's just that at this point in time, we don't have the ability to get them. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as "just asking."

I understand that the faulty caps are frustrating and everyone prefers the plastic bottles we had before. However, the plastic bottles aren't exactly... Pretty. Everyone here understands that it's what is in the bottle that counts, not what the bottle looks like. Potential customers in a shop don't. It could be the tastiest liquid ever, but some people won't go for it solely based on how the packaging looks. There are also the pending FDA regulations to think about. We are fully expecting that plastic LDPE bottles are not going to meet the regulations so we are trying to be ahead of the curve, rather than playing catch-up. Glass is also just better for the liquid. We don't have to worry about any chemicals leaching into the liquid during long-term storage on our end or yours.

Ultimately there are many, many factors that have led to our decision to switch to glass bottles. We're still in the early stages, and there are "growing pains." So please, bear with us. We are working on it.

And with that, I am closing this thread. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are listening, but not in a creepy stalker way.
