If my research is correct I'm looking for M2.5 3mm screws.
What I'm not sure of is getting ones with a flat(DIN913) or cratered(DIN916) end. Does anyone have experience with both and which did they prefer?
Next option is the material itself, Ive found A2(ss304), A4(ss316), black steel H45 and galvanized steel.
I'm guessing my best option is either A2 or A4 as the SM is made from stainless steel, but feel free to chime in.

Get the stainless. You don't want any interaction with your juice inside the tank.
I've seen posts about the hardened ones corroding.
Don't know if it is true though they had pics, why take the chance if you're buying new ones?
As for the flat vs cupped, I've only used the cupped and have no problems. Some say to sand the end flat, but as I say, I've never done that and always have stable resistance over many mods, tanks, and years.

Thanks for the replies guys, I ended up going with A2 ss ones. After posting I read a properties file on the black steel which stated its prone to corrosion in damp conditions so those its probably true.
Next it turned out my online source had a minimum order price of 25€ and the screws were like 3€ for 25. They only sold bolt and screws so I had to look further, found a different source and Ive got 50 in the mail + 1 1.3mm x 40mm hex screwdriver to go along with it :) .
