I'm getting better battery use times... my Vari from early production doesn't have any early blinking issues but would start at 3.5v which is not bad... but now it's blinking at 3.3+ which is quite bit more vape time.

It was tricky getting it in there but don't fret, it goes in ... feels thicker and longer too.

Any tips on removing the stock one and installing the replacement spring?? Got any picks with the new spring installed? I ordered the spring for my new provari and was wondering about this very thing.

I don't have the new spring but take mine out every couple of weeks for cleaning. You literally just pull it out and press it back in all the way... Nothing to it.

But that's too easy...i need diagrams...maybe a video...or a video that contains diagrams of other videos.

Are the replacement springs supposed to be copper? I ordered 2 with my Provari. The two extra springs i received look identical, in every way, to the one that came on the standard cap.

No they are not copper. They are silver colored. If you checked the resistance across the original spring and also the replacement, the replacement should be lower resistance.

I got my springs in today. The visual difference between old and new was obvious, but my el-cheapo multimeter wasn't able to provide a meaningful measurement. Getting them into the standard caps was a breeze but my extended endcaps proved a little frustrating. They're in there, not really to my satisfaction though. I'll just have to keep an eye on them to see if they pop out. Makes me think ProVape has a special tool to seat them.
