I first ordered an Absolute Ego kit on June 6, 2011. The first battery died and was replaced on June 21, 2011. The second battery died a couple of days later and was replaced on July 2, 2011.

This evening both batteries died, again. One battery won't shut off, even though the switch is not presses or lit. The other lights, but won't activate or charge.

My question is can the batteries be replaced again based on the replacement dates, or is the original order date the warranty date?

I have only used cartomizers and Joytech attomizers sold on your site. I would like to know why the batteries are breaking. One nearly melted a cartomizer! Could it be caused by a LR attomizer? I was using one just before this happened. The one battery stopped working, so I switched batteries. Then the second kept activating, so I removed the attomizer and put on a cartomizer. That's when it nearly melted the cartomizer.

Please let me know if the batteries can be replaced under warranty. Thank you.

Thank you for your post here.

sorry for the dead batteries.

1.You eGo batteries are still under warranty period. The warranty is based on your original order date June 6, 2011. eGo T battery has a 3 month warranty and eGo T battery has a 6 month warranty. But you need to send the defective batteries back to us.

btw, if products are dead on arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours after recieving, or any overdue DOA claim is invalid.

2. Did you use low resistance cartomzier on eGo battery? If the battery voltage is too high for that resistance, it may cause damage to both of them. So you may be a little careful when useing LR cartomizers.

could you email to support@healthcabin.net about the details, so our customers service team can take good care of it?

thanks. :)

Thank you for getting back to me. What kind of LR cartomizers should I not use with an eGo 1000 mah battery? It is 3.7 volts.

I will email all the details to your customer service. Thank you so much for your help.
