I got this reply this evening concerning my letter to the Governor during the lead-uo to the California bill we were all so worked up about.
I redacted the personalization(s) (of course), and thought that I would bring the reprint back here to help show that there is still some class evident in the world today.
Yeah, it is just a form letter, and I'm certain that many more are floating around out there, but it still seemed "kinda' special" to me.
And I'm not even from California!

*reprinted with personalization removed*

Thank you for writing in opposition to Senate Bill 400. Taking the time to communicate your views is essential to good citizenship and good government.

I am pleased to inform you that I vetoed this legislation after extensive consideration of arguments from both supporters and opponents of the issue. To read my veto message for the bill, please visit the Official California Legislative Information website at www.leginfo.ca.gov.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write. I value your suggestions on how government can better serve the people of our state.

Sincerely,

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Why can't natural american's be this intelligent, do we have to import ALL our governmental officials??????

I was thinking exactly that then read your post. I wouldn't be a bit suprised if he was the the only honest one out of the whole bunch also.

Since they rewrite the constituion every day anyway it seems, Why not write it so Arnold can run for Prez?
