reply link in email no longer send to last post

When someone reply in a thread I'm subscribed to, I get an email. The link in it just takes me to the last page of the thread but not the last post I didn't see. It wasn't like that before, it changed about a week ago.

Yes, this has to do with the site work going on since the big server move, and is a problem for everyone right now. It's being discussed here:
