If I am not mistaken, it used to be that the person working customer service
would sign their name to their message. It was nice to know who we were talking to,
and seemed friendlier. Now, the messages are seldom signed. A few days ago, I thought
I was speaking to Robert, and now I think it may have been Chad? Is Robert no longer there?
Please sign the customer service email messages??

some one else was also bringing this issue up yesterday on a post, I thought it was weird because it use to be one anything they responded on paper/email/whatever and now it seems like they just aren't doing it. I just know i normally don't sign some thing if I don't want to be the one caught writing it, like you know not sure about the response or not doing some thing right so I don't want them to track it to me. (do not think I'm bad for that, use to work at a nextel/sprint call center and did it a few times because I KNOW i messed some thing up, but I was already 2 hours over my lunch and wanted to eat!)

:lol::w00t: Mikey, that is so funny, and so honest!!

Well trust me it always came back around to me when after lunch I would come back and get a phone call from a raging customer about what another rep did to them and how they didn't fix their issue, AND when I go to check to see what was done, yep guess what they didn't sign it either! SOOO what comes around goes around like my grand mother use to say! BUT if it is signed, then that means you know it was done RIGHT, and that person is proud of it cause they got their name at the bottom lol :p

Oh man, 1st we lose Val, then born, now Robby? God who next Steve and Mark? Well good luck Chad.

This isn't really unusual in CS jobs KK. As long as the guidelines are set for people then it is usually a smooth transition. I worked retail management for 10 years, and every year I went through a lot of different people, sure there were a few that I had for a few years, but in the long run most people moved/graduated/stole, or many other things that caused them to quit or get fired.

Vapor 4 Life has a great foundation that will survive this, and Chad is a really great guy that I think will do a terrific job at this. I'm very excited for the V4L family to have this new addition and also excited about the new products that are on the horizon.

I actually commented on this in an email to Chad. Was supposed to get a replacement battery and didn't receive it and had no idea who it was that said it would be sent out.

Got the replacement battery today and it is still the wrong one. I wanted to try the XL for the longer life....and get 2 regulars. grrrrrrrrr Waiting for Chad to get back to me on that. I know they will get the right one to me eventually, but patience doesn't know me.
