Unfortunately I can't get on the innovapor website right now from work so I figured I would post this here.
I don't know exactly what happened. I came back from vacation yesterday and my new ry4 liquid had arrived...so I pulled out my res and cleaned it . Rinsed it under room temp water.. then used a paper towel to blot it dry... then left it out of the res unit over night to dry.

When I woke up this morning i went to reassemble the res unit and felt a grinding? Feeling. I looked down and the ceramic had cracked/crumbled.

Is this a defect? Or is it something I did wrong? My house carries a lot of humidity at times...could this be a possible reason? or the humidity in my area?

I was loving my ultramax and if its user error on my part I need to know so I can prevent it happening if I order a replacement RES... But if its due to humidity I dont want to keep replacing it.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

I've had my unit about 2 weeks

Yeah no clue what could have happened... i didn't drop it and there were no problems last night when I took it apart... unless going from outside into the ac maybe? I dunno...

Hey, sorry to hear about the RES crack. We've had a few break and it's definitely a warranty covered item. The RES material itself is inert and not effected by moisture etc. Just contact innovapor and they will send you a new one.

N8T is 100% correct, warranty covered item, please shoot TmeisT a PM or email Your source for the best electronic cigarettes / personal vaporizers in the world. just make sure to include your order number or if you cannot remember, tell the model and your shipping info.

We are striving to improve the ceramic, it is a great material but machining ceramic to such tight tolerances is a huge challange, sometimes this can happen.

Thanks,

Sh

Wow! I'm not a customer, YET! but I have to say, you guys really know how to run a business and keep your customers happy (and loyal)!

I hate sounding like a fan boi but the way these guys treat there customers is unreal, I have seen some comments that if this was my business I wouldve freaked and probabaly lost a few customers but these guys are true class acts, they handle everything with poise, and take care of any and I mean any issue that you have in a freaky fast timely manor. Nice job guys, you guys treat people the way that you would want to be treated and it shows.

Like most people out there we here at InnoVapor have had our fair share of crappy buying experiences. There is nothing worse than ordering something and then having so many issues with it that it just makes you want to take your loss and move on. Well we dont believe that is fair. So we do everything possible to keep your experience with us positive. Not to mention we believe in our product and what we are doing. Not a lot of businesses out there are like that, they're just in it for the quick buck. Not the case here. Its nice to know our hard work is paying off and being appreciated.

Cheers
