Just read Pega's PM.

Relevant time info from it:

Let's postpone the party until Saturday, 6pm, my time.

He's 6 hours later than us. So Saturday Noon + 25 minutes (12:25 p.m. 7-21)

How do/Do we ... make him aware of the contest implications? I don't do contests.....

Uh oh, it looks like I have to make more work for you guys.
I just finalized plans for my son's birthday party with my mother-in-law, and it's going to be on the afternoon of my turning day. Can we move my time to 8:25 pm, still on the 25th?
