Hello all. I have been lurking around this forum off and on for a while. Love Super X's vids, and he is a convincing advocate of the REO's advantages. While I am currently quite happily vaping with a regulated mod + a Lemo , I think my next vape will be a REO.

I gather that the advantages/ differences in the anticipated Resin Reo mod is largely aesthetics? Side fire button and then just color options etc? Am I missing other differences?

Trying to decide if it would be to my benefit to wait on a Resin Reo offering. Otherwise my preference will be a SL LP Reo Grand . I like lightweight as possible and ease of cleaning.

Is resin comparable in weight to aluminum ? Can anyone guess if the resin mod will weigh more than a SL Reo Grand? Sorry if these are noob questions or if they've been addressed.

No one knows what the resins are going to weigh as far as I know. I will say this, regardless if you wait for a resin or not getting a LP SL grand would be to your advantage. Everyone needs a grand or a mini. If you want light weight think about the 2.1 Mini Reo SL LP. That is as light as it gets. Just saying!!

Buy an SL LP Grand now for sure. The Resin mods will be great, no doubt, but I have a feeling they will be very limited (think Woodville Mods).

As far as light weight, my Grand rarely leaves the house anymore. My Mini 2.1 has a lot more battery a juice time than you would think. I probably use them both about equally.

Thanks for responses so far. TBG : on a typical vape day, how much more time do you get from the Grand vs. the mini . What's an average difference in battery life. I am trying to decide if the weight savings would be worth the loss of vape time.

To be honest I've never vaped either all the way down. I vape with the Mini when I'm away from the house. I can probably go 8 hours or more, but I'm not vaping as I would sitting here at the house. It's not good to run the batteries down to far so I swap them when I think it's about time rather than when it is. I used to take both with me. I would leave the Grand in the car or in my coat, just in case, but I never need it. I just top off the juice and and put in a fresh battery just before I leave. The juice sometimes get a little close. So I'm going to get a square bottle for it.

Rob,

With all this talk about the very cool resin mods, I'm getting a little concerned about the production of the Woodvil 18490's that you said would shortly follow the Woodvil Grand release in February. are these still in the works or will the resins take your time before the 18490s? I soooo need another little Woodvil!!! I'm sure you're tired of all these questions and I'm sorry to add another one.
