Howdy folks,

Though I don't own a bottom feeder mod, I'd be rather interested in trying one. I've been directed time and time again to the REO and I'm thinking for a good reason. This thread has caught my interest so I'll be looking forward to updates, guess I'll need to save up (Paying off student loans limits my budget to pennies a paycheck).

Anyways, looks fantastic and really liking the possibilities available for this material.

If you get a bottom fed mod then a REO is the only one to get no matter which model. Its simply the best.

I'm still hoping the resins don't require the sale night type hustle and bustle. It has probably been answered somewhere that I missed, but hoping they are as readily available as alum once the process is tweaked. Not fussed about price, if a dibi is four hundred bucks now then rob is due to increase across the board anyway, I just want to be able to mozie to reosmods at my leisure and purchase one without drama
Seriously, $400? No mod is worth anywhere close to that.

Some have asked about the price of these mods I cant put a number on it yet . I can already see they will be less then wood mods . I need to build a bunch of them before I put a price on anything .

I don't think it will/should have a direct impact on price, but I'm curious as to your thoughts whether this material is easier to work with compared to aluminum or wood. Then again, working it is one thing - you haven't approached a full assembly yet?

I'm sorry guys, I must be delusional, because there's no way a mod is worth over a couple hundred dollars.

If someone has too much money and offers that it still doesn't mean it's worth it, it just means that they want to grossly outbid anyone else. We need to get back to reality.

I love the REO, Rob and the community, really I do but if it ever got to that I would not be able to have REO's. I'm also confident that Rob would never do that to us because he's a man of I integrity.

Also, the woodvil is very sought after, and we could get ridiculous prices for them, yet we look down on someone that would try to get much more than retail.

Lol are you kidding? My P3 alone was $250 and your saying that wasn't worth it? How about the Taifun GT2 I have sitting on top of it? Another $200? What about all the Wizard Evolved owners? Those things are outrageously expensive, but they sell out every single time they're released, just like Woodvilles. My own Reo with my battery and atomizer is worth about $210.

There are plenty of mods worth over $200 dollars, however it's in the eye of the beholder. Those who can't afford it always have other options that may work as well. Reliability, quality and consistency are worth the extra bucks especially if the device is being used (and sometimes relied on) every day.

People value things differently. You place a different value on a mod than others, that's great I respect that. You should do the same for those that have an opinion different from yours. With over a 2 year waiting list there are few people who have a different opinion.

You are confusing "worth" with retail price. There have been at least 2 P3s in the classies that sold for less than $190...worth vs retail price.

To be clear, the question was "what will be the retail cost..."
Rob answered a few post above with he will have to wait and see.

Sorry, was in response to brick...

Worth and retail price are certainly unrelated, your absolutely right. My Reo and my P3 are worth a heck of a lot more than the price I paid for them to me. Especially my Reo. If all Reo's disappeared or Rob stopped making them and someone offered me $500 bucks, or a thousand bucks for my Reo, it wouldn't happen. Maybe I'm missing the point, but my hardware that works well is much more valuable than the price I paid for it
